My new big pick is CIIC.
This past weekend I did an alert on a bounce play, and it's been bouncing every since. PCBC, my alert from last night closed the day up 40%!! If you missed any of these alerts put CIIC on your watch list.
I rarely put out alerts on Nasdaq companies but this one needs immediate attention. Nasdaq companies trade on a much bigger exchange than most of my normal alerts so Wall Street may learn about this company soon!!
CIIC is another bounce play.
CIIC took a hard hit today, closing down 22% which makes it a prime candidate for a bounce.
The big drop happened early this morning and the stock flattened out.
CIIC dropped right around the $1 support level it has traded at in the past.

If you look at the chart you will see that CIIC has bounced off these levels numerous times. A few months ago it ran from about $1 all way to $4.5!!!
CIIC is a big Chinese company which operates the Pinglin Expressway in Henan Province in central China. This is no mom and pop operations.
Their latest reported quarterly earnings increased 4.2% over the prior same period last year to $10.6 Million. For the 9 months ended March 31st, 2010 revenues were roughly $35.8 Million!!
CIIC focuses on investing in, constructing, operating and managing infrastructure development projects in China.
The Company currently operates the Pinglin Expressway, a 106-kilometer (66 miles) dual carriageway four-lane toll road in the central province of Henan. The Expressway is an important passage from the northwest region to the southeast coastal region of China.
